Return & Refunds

In rare circumstances where you would need to return our products, your money is safe with us and our policy is as under:

We have 2 days return policy. If you would like to return the product we would like to be informed within 2 days/48 hours of delivery date and time. You can place a return request on our website under your orders section.

We accept returns when the customer shares with us a video of unboxing the package from start to end. Opening video of the parcel, from the time the outer tamper proof plastic cover (containing shipping details) is cut by the customer till the end, is mandatory to consider and process return requests from customers.  This video helps us ensure that we process your return quickly and efficiently.

Once you’ve opened the box, take a moment to show the item inside. Hold it up to the camera and make sure to show the entire product. If there are any accessories, tags, or packaging materials that came with it, make sure they’re shown as well.

10-12% Color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and camera lights, please don’t expect return for the same.

Inspect the product for any defects or damage. If there are any issues, make sure to film them clearly. Point out any signs of damage, or anything else that seems off. This step helps us understand whether there was an issue during shipping or if the product was damaged during transit. You need to email us the unboxing video at support@trenzifystore.com.

  • We reserve the right to not accept a return if:
  • the product/s are returned after use
  • the products are damaged by the customer
  • tags are not intact
  • any items are missing which may include any freebies
  • the parcel is not in original packing that may include the product box

We will review your return request and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the product.

Subsequent to this, the package will be picked up by our courier partner, at no extra cost to you, within 3-5 business days. Please do not forget to take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his signature and mobile number. We will not be responsible for any lost shipment.

All the payments (whether collected through cash on delivery or prepaid orders) are credited in our current account. Therefore, the refunds can only be issued through direct account transfer of the customer. We are unable to return the money through cash, paytm, google pay etc.,

We aim to process actions on all returns within 3 working days of receiving the products. Once the quality check has been passed refunds take 7-10 working days.

Customized orders are not eligible for return.
