All orders are processed within 2 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the date the order has been placed.

Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. Specific timelines will be communicated during the order process.

In unlikely event of small quality issues noticed at the time of shipping, some orders may be cancelled at our discretion, to ensure our customers get best quality products at all times.

Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9 A.M. to 7 P.M. Address changes can be accepted only if order has not been shipped and can be possible only if the new location is within the same state.
